Our Vision

How Chris and Xavier Run a Job

Every project starts with a free walk-through and a written scope, so you know exactly what is included before anything is signed. Xavier walks projects daily and Chris reviews every project at least weekly, so nothing drifts quietly. Crews run Monday through Friday, 8am to 6:30pm, plus a couple of Saturdays a month when a schedule calls for it. Quotes are good for 30 days, change orders are priced in writing before the work continues, and permits are billed at cost. Every job’s receipts and costs are tracked in JobCost Pro — the job-costing app we built ourselves and run our own projects on.

Curious what that looks like day to day? Read a day in the life of our crew, meet our trusted partners, or browse our remodeling blog.
